Welcome to Day 1 of the Spring Into Action AYAMA Challenge.

Today's practice is called You Are Becoming Powerful — and I mean that literally.

We're not stretching. We're not forcing range of motion. We're doing something far more effective: we're waking your muscles up and teaching them to fire on demand.

In this session we move through hip flexors, rotators, core activation, and glute engagement — four muscle groups that most people ignore and almost everyone needs.

It starts simple. It starts on your back. And by the end, you'll feel something shift.
