AYAMA (Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation™) Level One Certification Course is the starting point for anyone interested in learning:

Level One is open to everyone and is a prerequisite for Level Two.

AYAMA (Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation™) Level Two Certification Course contains over 60 in-depth lessons and practices!
In this intensive training, you will:

Learn about the history of yoga

Explore muscle function
-
Learn how to address pain
-
Learn and begin to embody the different muscle groups
-
Understand AYAMA practices for the different muscle groups and specific muscles within each

Put it all together in the Maha (supreme) yoga classes (Whole Body, Lower Body, and Upper Body-focused classes)

Participants will be required to complete a final exam successfully to receive AYAMA Level Two Certification.
Level Two is open to everyone who has completed Level One and is a prerequisite for Level Three.
AYAMA Certification Course - Level Three

AYAMA (Applied Yoga Anatomy + Muscle Activation™) Level Three Certification Course contains over 60 in-depth lessons and practices!
In this intensive training, you will:
- How to assess pain in your body and in others
- How to perform range of motion testing for different areas of the body
- The different categories of yoga postures and the benefits of practicing each
- How to prepare the body for key yoga postures using AYAMA techniques
- The energetics of sequencing and how to practice and/or teach yoga asana for safety and maximum efficacy
- How to use AYAMA to support special populations
- The AYAMA Teaching Tenants and ways to elevate your career
- And much more...!
Participants will be required to complete a final exam successfully to receive AYAMA Level Three Certification.
Level Three is open to everyone who has completed both Level One and Two successfully.
How To Get Rid Of Neck Pain
This series of classes is for anyone who is dealing with neck pain.
Using the principles of AYAMA, Yogi Aaron goes step by step through all of the muscles that affect the health of the neck and gives you the tools the strengthen them, thereby eliminating any pain.
