Wonderful! Thanks for this clear concise and true discussion. I found AYAMA one week ago today and am healing fast. I ended all stretching and added at least ten of your “moves” into my Hatha sessions. My clients are starting to shine and pain going away. This video arms me more in how to speak about “THIS TRUTH” ( I use the example of how professional ballet dancers are cutting out static stretches and adding strengthening techniques) from your book!
