P.S. to my earlier note! This is one of my faves (and I'm obviously not the only one, based on other comments from the community!). I did it again this afternoon after having started my day with the Yogi Club 10 minute meditation to become grounded and centered. As soon as I sat down, closed my eyes and tuned in to your voice and my breath, I dropped into a state of calm almost immediately, much more quickly than usual. Definitely a great motivator to meditate more now that I've gotten a taste of the compounding effects! Thank you!
I am so excited about the AYAMA program (and the cookbook sounds great too!). 💕
Wow! This class ticks all the boxes in 26 minutes. It's a vigorous and fun practice, I feel great afterwards, and I wish I could record what you said in the seated portion at the very beginning and replay it a couple of times during the day. Thank you!

This might just be my favorite Yogi Club practice. It works wonders in relieving my chronic hip pain and has such a nice relaxing wind-down at the end of practice - each time I do it, I'm able to drop a little more into a deep state of relaxation. I hadn't done any practices focusing on the hips for several days and was starting to feel a little pain in my right hip, but after this practice I am pain-free again. Thank you!

This is a topic that I always appreciate learning more about and being reminded of things I may have learned about previously, but which have gone by the wayside. I have a tendency toward tunnel vision of the physical aspects of yoga in my practicing and teaching, so after listening to this talk, I'm so thankful to be reminded of the real reason why I practice yoga. I was very fortunate that the teacher I trained with was deeply rooted in the true meaning of yoga and the 8 limbs and brought them into every class she taught. We did learn how to teach hip openers, etc. which is something I've come to believe needs to change across the board in yoga, but I'll always feel profoundly grateful for the strong foundation in the deeper meaning of yoga that she helped me to build. She isn't currently teaching, so now I'm thankful to be learning from afar (and hopefully some day at Blue Osa) with Yogi Aaron!
OMG - I think this practice just moved into my Top 5 Yogi Club favorites! I went from feeling sluggish to feeling fabulous in 20 minutes! Thank you.
