Introduction to level 3.

My hope is that by the end of level 3, you will:

  • Learn how to assess your own pain
  • Understand posture alignment and muscular engagement
  • Learn the ins and outs of sequencing and how to build your own yoga sequence
  • How to address pain in different areas of the body and create yoga classes for them
  • Gain a deeper level of muscle function knowledge
