My hope is that by the end of level 3, you will:
- Learn how to assess your own pain
- Understand posture alignment and muscular engagement
- Learn the ins and outs of sequencing and how to build your own yoga sequence
- How to address pain in different areas of the body and create yoga classes for them
- Gain a deeper level of muscle function knowledge
