Karina Ayn Mirsky, MA, ERYT is a widely-respected Yoga & Meditation Educator and Self-Development Coach. She is the director of Sangha Yoga Institute in Kalamazoo MI and an adjunct professor of Yoga Studies at Antioch University. Karina presents in yoga teacher training programs across the USA and abroad. She served as a faculty member of the Himalayan Institute for six years and is now delighted to be co-teaching with Yogi Aaron at Blue Osa.
Karina has been teaching yoga since 1998 and training instructors since 2004. She was one of the first certified teachers of Rod Stryker’s ParaYoga®. She also holds degrees In Business and East-West Psychology. Karina’s decades of work with individuals and groups, as well as her own experiences with injury and illness make her a deeply empathetic guide to others. Karina’s personal story, depth of wisdom, and light-hearted nature have touched thousands of lives.
