Welcome to the "Tapping Into Your Personal Power Course."

This course has been crafted with care and is designed to bring you self-awareness, confidence, and well-being in body, mind, and spirit.

This course is designed to be taken over a 7-day period. Each lesson builds off the other. To really feel the full effects, try incorporating each class into your morning routine. Set yourself up for a beautiful day by giving yourself the gift of a clear mind and heart with each class. Plus, you can carry the suggested affirmation with you throughout the day if you do the class in the morning.

Speaking of affirmations, think of these as tools to increase the power of your daily lesson. These are suggested phrases that you can come back to and anchor yourself during the day. Come back to this mantra whenever you notice yourself starting down a rabbit hole of a negative emotional or thought pattern. These affirmations are meant to remind you of the daily lesson and the experiences you had meditating, journaling, or in your yoga flow.

There are a handful of guided meditations that correspond with certain classes during the week. Though these meditations correlate to a specific class, you can come back to them at any point. Use them whenever you feel called to, especially the ones that resonate with you most.

The same sentiment goes for the yoga flow. The flow is a perfect pair to the day 3 class about getting your body healthy, but it's meant to be repeated. Come back to it throughout the week and challenge yourself to continue to build off of it. Maybe each week, you can add an extra set of sun salutations as your body gets stronger. You will get out as much or as little as you put into this week. Invest in yourself, and you may be surprised by what you can accomplish.

  • A secluded spot to practice yoga
  • A willingness to grow and learn
