Spring Into Strength: 5-Day Yoga Challenge › 5-Day Yoga Challenge

Day 4: Rise From the Ground Up

Everything in your body is connected.

Your feet affect your knees. Your knees affect your hips. Your hips affect your lower back. And your lower back affects everything above it.

Most people never think about their feet — until the pain shows up somewhere else and they can't figure out why.

Day 4 of the Spring Into Action AYAMA Challenge starts where everything starts. The feet. And then we build.

From posterior tibialis activation to glute work, bridge, chair pose, and full standing lunge sequences — today's practice wakes up the entire chain from the ground up. By the time you finish, your body will be awake, alive, and alert in a way that no amount of stretching could ever produce.

This is what it feels like when everything fires together.

Rise from the ground up.
