Stuart completed his 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and is AYAMA™ Level 1 Certified with Yogi Aaron. He teaches AYAMA™ principles, including sport-specific muscle activation, in Reno, NV, at the beautiful Dolce Vita wellness spa at Rancharrah.
