What You Need To Get Started

My top recommendations and resources for a successful AYAMA Training experience:

REQUIRED:

  1. STOP STRETCHING! A New Yogic Approach To Master Your Body and Live Pain-Free, I will be making book references throughout the training and you will be required to submit a book report to complete your certification. 
  2. STOP STRETCHING, the podcast (Available on all streaming platforms including Spotify and Apple) Please listen to episodes 1-4 before continuing.

  1. Autobiography of a Naked Yogi by Yogi Aaron
  2. Yoga Mat (Best yoga mat ever!)
  3. Four Yoga Blocks (Dimensions 4" x 6" x 9")
  4. Yoga Straps (The link will take you to a combo)
  5. Yoga Blankets (We recommend having at least 4, more if possible)
  6. Sandbags (Have at least 2 on hand)
  7. Yoga Chair (Having a proper yoga chair on hand is a game changer!)
  8. Spinal Molding Blocks (To correct posture and spinal curves): For Neck and For Low Back
