My intention in my practice this morning was to practice with the mind of a beginner. So, I did this practice that I had not done before and loved it. Using the block between the thighs for bridge pose, I could really feel my adductors working. My bridge pose felt stronger and this was a great lesson in always returning to the basics.
@Yogi Aaron I got you! I even thought to myself "less is more" while doing bridge. I guess what I didn't say earlier is that I realized when using the block that I typically roll slightly to the outside of my feet when up in bridge. So, the block brought my awareness to keeping my feet and knees neutral. Thanks for the feedback!
